Bolognese Sauce with Zucchini Noodles

Ingredients:

1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tin of crushed tomatoes
Meat (tin of tuna/chicken pieces/mince)
Pinch of Himalayan rock salt
5 mushrooms
Handful of olives
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp chili powder
2 tsp Italian herbs (or any herbs and spices!).

Cook onion & garlic, add meat.  Once meat is cooked, add spices.  Add olives and mushrooms, and then add crushed tomato and season with salt and more herbs if desired.

* If you don’t have a spiralizer (to make the raw zucchini noodles) you could serve the Bolognese sauce with quinoa, brown rice or over steamed veggies.
