I’m a trained Vinyasa and Yin Yoga Teacher. Through out my many years of teaching, I’ve created my own unique style of yoga which is a blend of vinyasa, yin, meditation & relaxation.

I’m also a qualified Personal Trainer & Holistic Health Coach and my passion is to empower people to embrace and love who they are, so they can be wildly themselves and live a life that they love!
