My classes are suitable for beginners through to the experienced yogi.  The style I teach is Vinyasa, although I tend to put my own spin on them, and often refer to my classes as ‘Steph’s Freestyle Yoga.’  My classes go for 1 hour and are lovely mix of gentle physical movement, stretching, mindfulness and relaxation.


Cost is $25 per casual class OR
$20 per class within a monthly package.
